1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Custom framed images and personalised orders are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

Process for Returns:

1. To initiate a return, please use the ‘Contact Us’ feature or email noahbentley453@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Return Shipping:

1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refunds:

1. Refunds are available for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Process for Refunds:

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges:

1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please use the ‘Contact Us’ feature or email noahbentley453@gmail.com 

Process for Exchanges:

1. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective or damaged item.

2. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will send out the replacement item at no additional cost.
